LAUNCH OF WETHERBY APARTMENTS EXCEEDS ‘WILDEST DREAMS’

This weekend’s launch of Coach House Court, an exclusive new development of apartments in Wetherby, attracted a record number of visitors over the weekend with Linda Tillish, regional sales and marketing manager of developers Kebbell Homes acknowledging it as ‘phenomenal’: “In all the years - even the boom period - we’ve never had the volume of people at an Open Viewing than we’ve had this weekend.”

Estate agents Beadnall Copley which is acting for Kebbell Homes describe the Open Weekend as ‘outstanding’; Andrew Beadnall: “It proves what we’ve been saying all year, that if the product and pricing is right, the market is there.

“Over 200 people viewed these superb apartments - we never stopped for a moment; there was a constant stream of viewings which has carried over into Monday morning; we have already seen serious interest with a reserve and a number of second viewings.”

Linda Tillish: “It exceeded our wildest dreams; we thought it would be busy as we believe the product is right – a lot of effort has gone into the specification of the apartments which have been designed and finished to an extremely high standard so we did expect a lot of interest. That said, it has been incredible; at one point we had eleven parties viewing and they had to join the end of the tour!”

Gin Roaf, Kebbell’s national sales and marketing director confirms the company’s delight at the success of the launch: “It couldn’t have been better. I haven’t attended a show house opening in recent times that has been so positive; many commented that the building and the way it looked made it a Wetherby building and that it already belonged, which is a great compliment for a new development.

“Within two hours of opening on Monday morning we have had five further viewings; there’s pent-up demand for quality, spacious properties with good storage in a prime location within walking distance of town – people have been waiting for this for some time. We’ve had such good feedback on the product, the standard and the comfort level; it’s been really uplifting.

“We must congratulate Beadnall Copley who showed up in force and have been very attentive and helpful; it’s excellent to work alongside an agent which takes a very positive view of what we’re doing.”

Coach House Court is a development of eighteen apartments with prices starting from £164,950.
