Property ownership - Beadnall Copley pioneers two new initiatives
Beadnall Copley is aiming to help more people get into the property
market with two new initiatives – a starter pack for first time
buyers and for those thinking of investing abroad a seminar on
emerging markets.
The starter pack, which is shortly to be launched, provides a
complete guide to getting onto the property ladder – finding the
right home, financing options, the legal route, plus a customised
version of Beadnall Copley’s Moving Pack, which tells home buyers
everything they need to know and what to do when moving home.
David Copley: “Property continues to be a good investment with the
market forecast to rise again this year. Despite today’s relatively
high entry level prices for first time buyers, we’re aiming to show
it’s feasible to get into the property market with inside advice on
making a shrewd investment that suits an individual’s particular
circumstances.”
The initiative also includes special deals and access to experts
from financial, legal and removal companies; a series of open
evenings is planned.
The overseas Property Ownership seminar, in association with Arena
International, chartered tax advisers and accountants Peter Howard &
Co and the Yorkshire Investment Group, takes place at the Ramada
Jarvis Hotel in Wetherby at 6.15 p.m. on Tuesday 7th March and
covers maximising profitability, the pitfalls to avoid, tax planning
opportunities and financing options.
