Beadnall Copley expands overseas property network
Estate agents Beadnall Copley has joined forces with Brace Oakley
International the top UK selling agent for Polaris World and is
launching the partnership with an exhibition on 23rd and 24th June
at the Pavilions in Harrogate.
David Copley: “We are expanding the range of overseas properties we
offer and this complements the arrangements we already have with two
of the leading overseas companies across Spain, the Balearics,
Cyprus, Florida and Hungary.
“These golfing complexes, designed by Jack Nicklaus, have a good

The properties being showcased at the exhibition are seven resorts
currently under construction in Murcia, on the Costa Calida in
Spain. With prices ranging from £90,000 to £1 million, the
properties are on 5* golf complexes and include Intercontinental
Hotels, sporting facilities and restaurants. Owners who buy on one
resort will have full use of the facilities plus use of those of the
other six golf courses – a feature which is believed to be unique in
Europe.
