OVERSEAS PROPERTY MARKET BOOMING
The growing trend of owning a home abroad is fuelling high interest
in overseas properties at Beadnall Copley which has a portfolio of
over 8000 properties for sale across Spain, the Balearics, Hungary,
Cyprus and Florida.
David Copley: “As well as the obvious lifestyle advantages, as
properties in some countries are experiencing annual growth of
around 20%, it makes investment sense to buy abroad whether as a
holiday home, to let or for future retirement.”
Beadnall Copley works with British-owned Arena Estates and Shortcuts
Property Search; they recently joined forces with Polaris World to
give clients access to 5* golf complexes designed by Jack Nicklaus
on Spain’s Costa Calida.
David: “Spain is still very much a favourite with the Brits –
established holiday destinations and frequent, cheap flights make it
ideal for both holidays and buy to let. Clients can acquire a one
bedroom apartment for under £70,000 whilst £500,000 buys a stunning
five bedroom finca – a traditional farmhouse - or a luxury penthouse
apartment with pool.
“Whilst holidaymakers may return enthused with the idea of owning
abroad, it makes sense to understand the market, recognise any
pitfalls and shop around to find the ideal property.
“We believe that by having links with professional, British-owned
companies operating abroad, clients can buy with confidence with
expert advice throughout the process.”
