Independent research has revealed that Beadnall Copley are again Top
Selling Agent - for the 5th consecutive quarter - responsible for a
significant 41% of all houses sold in Wetherby and the surrounding
areas including Boston Spa, Clifford, Collingham, Bramham, Thorp
Arch and Linton - well ahead of the nearest agent’s 17.9% market
share.
This winning performance spanned varying types of properties selling
40.7% of detached houses, 35.7% of terraced houses and 42.9% of
flats that have been sold.
