For the third successive quarter Beadnall Copley’s Wetherby office
has won Top Selling Agent* with 35.7% of the market - an increase of
10% on the last quarter - leading by 14% over the nearest competitor
and having more For Sale and Sold properties than any other agent.
Andrew Beadnall: “We believe this again reiterates the importance
that providing a personal service and being proactive with
innovative marketing has upon results.
“It also reaffirms the importance of vendors having a top performing
agent, particularly when consumer confidence is knocked, due in part
to reports of global economic uncertainty. That said, the market
during January was very busy for us with more valuations and
instructions than this time last year.
“All the major lending houses and authorities are predicting that
property prices will stay stable with a 5% increase over the next 12
months. That, together with recent interest rate reductions and more
anticipated, will we hope further fuel the health of the market.”
This latest accolade for Beadnall Copley, which also has offices in
Harrogate and Ripon, comes on the heels of the firm winning two Best
Marketing Campaign Awards in the recent Yorkshire’s Finest Property
Awards – the industry’s ‘Oscars’ – for price categories £250,000 -
£750,000 and £750,000 and over, the only agent to win two marketing
prizes, beating entries from local and national agents.
