This type of survey is only really necessary if there are real concerns
about the structure of a property.
It looks at every aspect of a
property in detail including checking every square inch of floorboards
and sometimes drilling walls.
We recommend home buyers have an RICS survey then if a major problem is
identified, a structural engineer can look at an issue in isolation
